STUDIO BOOKING, DEPOSITS & CANCELLATION POLICY

BOOKING DEPOSITS. A deposit may be required at the time of booking. Deposit rules differ per studio:

• Recording: a 30% deposit is required only for bookings of 4 hours or more. Shorter sessions require no deposit.
• Photography: a 30% deposit is required for all bookings, regardless of duration.
• Remaining balance is paid at the studio on the day of the session.
• Deposits are refundable when cancellation is made more than 48 hours before the session and non-refundable within 48 hours of the session.

CANCELLATION. Studio sessions are subject to the following cancellation terms:

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the session receive a full deposit refund or credit.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session forfeit the booking deposit.
• No-shows without notice forfeit the booking deposit.
• 717 Productions reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be offered.

By completing a booking, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these deposit and cancellation policies.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hellenic Republic (Greece). Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thessaloniki, Greece.

YOUR GDPR RIGHTS

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• ACCESS — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• RECTIFICATION — request correction of inaccurate data.
• ERASURE — request deletion of your data.
• PORTABILITY — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
• WITHDRAW CONSENT — withdraw consent for analytics cookies at any time.
